Returning goods to Teachers Dice

For UK customers only, we are happy to honour your statutory rights to return goods you do not want up to 7 days from the date of receipt. In fact, better than that, if the goods are unused, we will accept returns upto 30 days from the date of receipt. Within the 7 day period, we will cover full postage. Outside the 7 day period, we will cover the cost of postage to return the item if its our fault (faulty goods, the wrong item etc), but not if you just decide to change your mind.

For all EU customers, we respect your rights under the EU distance selling laws, and will accept returns up to 7 days from receipt.

For all other customers, we will accept returns only after agreement.

However, in all cases, before returning any goods, PLEASE use our contact form to get in touch. We can then tell you how to go about making the return, what options you have (a replacement, a refund, an alternative item etc).
